Placing an Order
Placing and order is simple using our secure online shopping cart. You just find the item you wish to purchase and click on the "Add To Cart" button. You may either click the "Check Out" button or just keep shopping. When you get finished shopping you can click on the "View Cart" button to see your purchases or you can click on the "Check Out" button and follow the simple directions. Minimum Order Amount
Due to the cost of shipping and the price of supplies going up everyday. We have to set a minimum to all orders. All orders must be a $10 minimum.

Louisiana residents will be charged 8.7% sales tax.
Shipping
We ship only in the United States. All packages are shipped via USPS with in 7 to 10 working days.
We ship USPS to help keep the shipping cost down and once your package is shipped you will receive it in 2-3 days.
Our Shipping Rates are a flat rate of $6.00 for all retail order up to $50 All retail orders over $50 is FREE SHIPPING!
We do not insure items, unless the buyer requests it.
If you are local and would like to pick up your order, just place your order and I will email you with a date and time you can pick it up.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase due to a mistake on our part, you may return it within 3 days for a replacement. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the order was incorrectly processed by Cottage Hill Creations. We only offer exchanges, no refunds.
NOTICE! If this is your first time ordering different scents to try, you will want to try the sample pack instead of the 6 pack or the melts. If you order a 6 pack and just don't like the scent then you will have 5 more that you don't care for. We CAN NOT replace tarts if you don't like the scent you ordered or it doesn't smell like you think it should smell, ordering tarts and candles is a trial and error bases, until you fine the scents that are your favorites and then you choose to order more of your favorite.
Everyones Noses are different!
Burned candles will not be accepted. All products must be returned in their original condition.
Due to the personal nature of soap and bath products, once opened they cannot be returned.
The merchandise must be in resellable condition.
Before returning any item, you must email us at cottagehill@camtel.net so we can assist you on your return.
